Job Overview & Responsibilities:

Overview:
This position has the overall accountability for the sales or movement of a product or a service to the customer.
Responsibilities:

* Manage continuous contact with all clients and follow up on critical projects.

* Manage, develop and mentor relationships with Principals.

* Monitor businesses to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.

* Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.

* Develop and implement marketing strategies including advertising campaigns, sales promotions

* Responsible for both the revenue, cost and profit elements considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

* Be a brand ambassador for the organization by representing the organization to the external market through business forums, trade shows, seminars.

* Manage the performance and career aspirations of the team / direct reports.

Job Specific Education & Certification, Skills & Competencies and Experience:

Education & Certification:

* Bachelors / Masters Degree in related Engineering field (Mechanical / Hydraulic / Chemical)

* Additional Degree in Business Administration preferable.

Skills & Competencies:

* Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

* Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services & evaluation of customer satisfaction.

* Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.

* Excellent team management and motivation skills. Ability to balance career aspirations of the team and organizational priorities is very essential.

Experience:

* Minimum 08-12 Years of overall working experience.

* Experience in planning and execution, change management and people management.
