Position 1: Senior Manager, Business Development
You are required to establish, maintain and strengthen relationship and rapport with existing and new clients and partners, both locally and overseas. You will need to manage progress and development of accounts, as well as quotations and tenders related to clients and partners. In addition, you will support pre-sales and post-sales activities, and propose new creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
At least 5 years relevant experience.
Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
Good established relationships with existing accounts in the government sectors
Either Application or Infrastructure Managed Services sales experiences is acceptable
Good public speaking and communication skills with the ability to clearly present solution and service information at one to one or group presentation.
Position 2: Manager, Business Development
At least 10 years of sales experience – it will be good if he/she has done outsourcing of data & document processing before and deals with large MNCs clients & Government tenders and are familiar with IT related sales.
Experience with sectors such as Financial, Government, healthcare, transportation. New sectors: logistics, air/sea ports, accounting.
Must have IT sales experience or are trained in IT related field
Have experience in consultation sales
Have experience in working with value added resellers
Familiar with selling outsourcing services
Familiar with business process reengineering will be a plus point
Familiar with lean/sigma concepts will be a plus point
Position 3: Account/Sales Managers x 7
Identify new business opportunities and develop sales plan for each qualified lead, and execute these sales plans successfully
Solution based selling of IT Infrastructure such as PC/Notebook, networks, security, cablings and etc.
Manage, service and maintain a good business relationship with the customers
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree holder with at least 1-2 years experience in selling Computer Networking & Security solution
Track record of consistent quota achievement or over achievement and must be results-driven
Possess general business knowledge to understand what business problems the prospects are trying to solve and properly qualify the sales opportunity
Product knowledge on Cisco, Alcatel, HP would be an advantage
