Operation and Hospitality Manager
Responsibility:
In charge of making sure operations run smoothly within the resorts. Taking a strategic overview and planning ahead to maximise profits, also pay attention to the details to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets guests’ needs and expectations.
General Requirements:
* Mature male / female with age between 30 – 40 years old
* Having a minimum Bachelor Degree related to hospitality / public relation
* Minimum 5 years experiences, preferably in the hospitality, service and retail industry
* Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
* Keep commitment to public service and customer services oriented
* Excellent in both oral and written communication skills in English
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office, such as MS Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
* Able to adapt to varied social and cultural environment that creates excitement for guest and employees
* Good personalities, attractive, and posses strong leadership qualities
