Manager/Executive, Business Development

Working closely with the lively and energetic business development team, you will be a member of The Ascott South East Asia and Australia Business Development and Asset Management Team based on Jakarta, you will responsible for identifying opportunities in Indonesia for new investments and management contracts. You will be challenged in a fast paced yet exciting environment.

In additional, your rule will include:

* Sourcing for suitable real estate investment opportunities
* Sourcing for serviced apartment management contract opportunities
* Negotiating for best terms and closing deals
* Coordinating with relevant internal and external parties on matters relating to the deal (for new investments or management contracts) or project (for existing assets).
* Evaluating and structuring investments proposals, and conducting market reviews and feasibility studies
* Coordinating projects to achieve cost effectiveness and timely completion
* Prepare recommendation reports for proposed investments
* Conduct market research, info collection, collation and analysis of property market performance and prepare market report
* Develop and maintain financial and asset models for analyzing performance and prepare asset report on the properties.
* Identify new markets for potential business opportunities based on feasibility study

Job requirements:

* At least 4 years experience in a Business Development/ Real estate role or equivalent
* A good Bachelor Degree with relevant experience in the hospitality/real estate industry
* Experienced in property fund or asset management with good understanding of the real estate industry will be advantageous
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment are pre-requisites for this role.
* Pleasant personality for hospitality industry.
* Good command of spoken and written English.
* Ability to work independently under tight dead lines
* Good team player and service oriented
* Computer literacy required
